  • Account Accuracy: Provide accurate and current information during registration and maintain its accuracy.
  • Property Listings: Ensure all property information is truthful, up-to-date, and complies with applicable laws.

3. Home Exchange Process

  • Self-Managed Exchanges: All exchanges are arranged directly between users. CNSTRCT.AI facilitates the platform but does not mediate agreements.
  • User Discretion: Engage in exchanges at your own discretion and risk. Assess all arrangements carefully before proceeding.

4. Fees

Our services are free for registered users. CNSTRCT.AI does not charge fees for listing properties or arranging exchanges. Any costs incurred during exchanges are the responsibility of the participating users.

5. Disclaimers

  • No Warranty: Our platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
  • Limitation of Liability: CNSTRCT.AI is not liable for damages arising from user interactions or property exchanges.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CNSTRCT.AI from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of the platform or participation in exchanges.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your access to the platform will cease, but obligations incurred prior will remain in effect.
